I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English and Russian, which made communication easy. Secondly, the rooms were spacious and very clean, giving a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel on a residential street not too far from the center was ideal, as it provided a quiet and peaceful environment.
All was perfect.

Friendly staff who were willing to help. For example, they filled up our hot water bottles. It had a family feel. Breakfast was included. The hotel was quite tidy and warm (the bedroom had a heatpump).
The bathroom smelt bad and was quite cramped. There wasn't a baby cot for our son so he had to sleep on a mattress and as a result, none of us slept very well. Breakfast was served at 9am which seemed quite late.

Hotel room was dirty. The bathroom and shower were all one unit, so when you shower everything in the room gets wet. I thought that was gross. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

First of all, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money. Not only were the prices affordable, but the attention to detail was impressive. I particularly appreciated the beautiful scenery in the yard where breakfast was served. The apricot tree bearing fruits added a lovely touch to the experience. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Big room, allowing late check out
Really uncomfortable bed, matters and pillows, worn bed sheets, no power plug in bathroom, dirty floor, extermely unfriendly staffs, locking hotel door at 12, not hot water just warm, dirty towels, no room service at all.

Spent my New Year here and it was a great choice! the rooms were clean and had amazing space with nice furniture. the staff was super friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. the location was also key, with easy access to public transportation and a quiet neighborhood to rest in after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. An additional advantage was the organization of tours, which let me see the city from a local perspective and learn a lot about the culture.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the center of Yerevan. the location on a residential street offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, the friendly staff were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms on the ground floor were sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast served in the yard with the beautiful scenery of the apricot tree was a delightful way to start the day.
All was fine.

The hotel is located near a metro station and in a calm area. The staff members were friendly and experienced. they offered low-priced day tours.
The furnishings were old-fashioned, and the hotel building needed some maintenance. the location was not chic.
